PDE Tooling Designer (Querétaro, México) - ID# 358307
A PDE Tooling Engineer job in Querétaro, México, is currently available through Belcan. This role will be supporting one of our key Aerospace clients. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor"s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience in Mechanical Engineering with specific experience in tooling is a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a mechanical design solution for specific needs, mainly in the process of assembly of test aircraft engines. Some activities include creating a 3D CAD model for concept and the creation of full details for the manufacturing process, while always using customer standards and requirements to avoid any engine damage.
Job Duties:
- Execute with some guidance the analysis, design, test and/or integration required to define and support the assigned components, assemblies and/or systems that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product/program requirements
- Provide technical leadership to other personnel assigned to support the effort on assigned components, assemblies and/or systems
- Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments
- Participate on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and generic issues
- Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews in a remote environment
- Champions innovative analysis design and development concepts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree plus 1-2 year of experience. (Degree must be in an engineering, mechanical,
mechatronic or related field).
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Substantial experience relevant to indicated position areas of expertise and knowledge of related
disciplines
- Fundamental understanding of the design, test, and analysis of tools relevant to the function
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree plus 0-1 years experience or MS degree plus 0-1 year of experience. (Degree must
be in an engineering, mechanical, electronic or related field).
- Leadership skills and the ability to guide and influence others
- Experience relevant to indicated position areas of expertise and knowledge of related disciplines
- CAD Modeling experience
- Drawing interpretation
