Job Title: Quality Analyst Locations: East Hartford, CT 06108 Pay Rate: $28.00-35.00/hour, direct, full-time position with benefits Area Code: 860, 203 Employment Type: Direct/W2, Full Time Job Overview: Belcan is seeking a Quality Technician to join our onsite quality support team in East Hartford, CT. This role will focus on the organization, verification, and processing of quality records for long-term archival, while also supporting internal and external audit preparation efforts. The technician will follow defined standard work to process quality documentation for release to Iron Mountain and will play a supporting role in customer audits under the direction of the lead auditor. This is a detail-focused, process-driven position ideal for someone who enjoys structure, documentation accuracy, and contributing to high-visibility compliance efforts. Responsibilities: * Follow standard work to review and process boxes of quality records for long-term storage * Verify the contents, type, and date range of quality documents within each box * Accurately enter document metadata into the Iron Mountain database * Ensure proper labeling and documentation for compliant release to archive * Collaborate with the Belcan audit team to support quality audits and record reviews * Use internal quality checklists and work instructions to validate data and processes * Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency while meeting daily processing goals Required Qualifications: * Associate"s degree or higher in a technical, administrative, or business field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel * Ability to work onsite, 5 days per week in a structured environment * Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and consistent documentation * Self-directed and able to work independently to meet daily/weekly targets Preferred Qualifications & Skills: * Prior experience in a quality, documentation, or compliance role * Familiarity with audit processes or checklist-based quality systems * Demonstrated problem-solving and team communication skills * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
