About the Role:
Join a collaborative team supporting contract operations tied to high-visibility corporate initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. We"re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Contracts Analyst to help manage software agreements, ensure documentation accuracy, and support compliance efforts across departments.
This role is a great fit for recent graduates or early-career professionals with exposure to contract administration, legal studies, or compliance-especially those interested in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Upload and maintain software contracts and amendments in a centralized repository
* Review contract documentation for completeness, compliance, and key obligations
* Help standardize procedures for contract intake, review, and archival
* Summarize terms and highlight risk areas for internal stakeholders
* Support M&A and divestiture efforts through contract audits and documentation reviews
* Provide training and assistance to internal teams on contract access and organization
Must-Have Qualifications:
* Coursework, internship, or equivalent experience in contract management, business administration, legal studies, or a related field
* Bachelor"s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar field preferred
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Basic understanding of software licensing concepts and compliance principles
* Computer Savvy with skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
* U.S. Citizenship required due to contract and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of professional experience in a supply chain contracts, legal, compliance, and administrative role
* Exposure to M&A or divestiture activities, particularly in regulated industries
* Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools or document control systems

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $30.00 per hour.
