Job Title: Delivery Assurance Analyst Location: Windsor, CT 06095 (or Rockford, IL 61108) Area Code: 860, 815 Pay Rate: $30.00/hour Employment Type: Full time/Direct with full benefits Shift: 1st Schedule: Hybrid (onsite and remote) #supplychain #deliveryassurance #aerospacejobs About the Role: Join a high-impact supply chain team focused on ensuring supplier performance in support of critical aerospace and defense manufacturing programs. We"re seeking a Supplier Delivery Assurance Analyst to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain delivery schedules, resolve delays, and drive material availability to support production goals. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in supply chain, delivery assurance, or production support-especially those who excel at tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment across functions. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor supplier schedules and update delivery commitments in ERP systems * Launch checklists, manage open order data, and maintain accurate supplier records * Identify late or at-risk deliveries and provide documented turnback"s with resolution plans * Support MRP accuracy and help drive on-time delivery (OTD) to >95% * Partner with delivery assurance, operations, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to ensure material readiness and production continuity Must-Have Qualifications: * Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems * Prior experience in supply chain, materials planning, or supplier support roles * Strong communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders * Basic root cause analysis and problem-solving skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook * U.S. Citizenship required due to contract and export control requirements Preferred Qualifications: * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or relevant field * Background in supplier management, production planning, quality assurance, or delivery assurance * Familiarity with manufacturing environments in aerospace, automotive, defense, or other high-reliability industries Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
