This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates with relevant internship experience or individuals with up to a few years of industry experience. The position involves supporting project installations, addressing production/tooling issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the investigation, evaluation, and execution of projects related to automated/torque tooling implementation. * Support product line reviews and contribute to strategy development. * Perform testing on products and strategies, documenting results. * Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. * Collaborate with shop floor operators, mechanical engineers, and leadership to understand project requirements. * Analyze and estimate time and resources for assigned tasks. Core Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Relevant internship or 1-3 years of industry experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. * Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation, including prints, specs, and manuals. * Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as automated machinery and mechanical assemblies. * Strong communication skills to present findings and updates to stakeholders. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team. * Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required. Desired Skills: * Familiarity with SAP programs or similar systems. * Basic knowledge of torque tooling systems (e.g., Atlas Copco PF4000 or PF6000) is a plus. * Understanding of ISO and AS9100 quality requirements.
