Position: Supplier Readiness Analyst Locations: Orlando, FL 32801 Pay Rate: $50.00-70.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift Employment: Direct / W2 with Benefits Job Summary: We are seeking a Supplier Readiness Analyst to join our supply chain team supporting critical Space Industry development programs. In this role, you will assess supplier capacity and readiness to ensure alignment with program demand across production, sustainment, and development efforts. You'll gather and analyze supplier data, identify risks, and communicate insights to support leadership decisions. This role also requires awareness of relevant FAA regulations to ensure supplier compliance within aerospace and space manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities * Analyze supplier capacity vs. program demand using tools such as SAP, Tableau (EDSC), and internal dashboards (SID, Procurement Dashboard) * Distribute, collect, and manage supplier readiness assessments and questionnaires * Identify supply base capacity constraints and escalate risks to internal stakeholders * Support readiness planning for new production, modifications, and sustainment programs * Ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations and space industry requirements * Present data and metrics clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership Required Qualifications * Bachelor"s degree from an accredited institution * Experience supporting space industry programs in a supply chain, production, and supplier-facing roles * Familiarity with FAA regulations (part 400-460) applicable to aerospace * Proven experience with capacity assessments and supplier data analysis * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters, etc.) * Experience with SAP and data visualization tools such as Tableau * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
