You will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate supply chain risks, and drive sourcing efficiency. This role partners with internal stakeholders-including Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Data Analytics-to interpret regulations, shape sourcing strategies, and implement process improvements. Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, executing supplier campaigns, conducting global sourcing data analysis, and supporting audit and compliance efforts. The role also involves project planning, performance monitoring, and leading supplier engagement activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: * Collaborate cross-functionally to interpret regulations and integrate them into sourcing strategies. * Analyze global sourcing data and define data needs with analytics teams. * Lead project planning and implementation with subject matter experts. * Manage supplier campaigns and maintain strong supplier relationships. * Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through process improvements. * Monitor sourcing project performance and report to stakeholders. * Support compliance activities, audits, and supplier engagement events. Core Qualifications: * 3 or more years of Sourcing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Project Management experience in Defense/Aerospace manufacturing and engineering setting * Degree in Business or STEM desired * Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams * Computer savvy with technical aptitude and business acumen * Strong communication and problem solving skills * Willingness to travel occasionally * Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
